Winzo Terms & Conditions – Everything You Need to Know

1. General Terms & Conditions

Winzo is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and all other countries where Winzo operates.

1.1 Terms of Consent

By accessing the Winzo website or app, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are participating in betting activities of your own free will and with full awareness.

1.2 Scope of Services

2. Account Registration & Verification

To bet on Winzo, you must create a valid account. Each individual may hold only one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details.
• A valid email address and mobile number are required.
• Identity verification may be required via National ID or passport.
• If a single person is found to hold two accounts, both will be terminated and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized login, contact Winzo support immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification Process

Winzo follows international anti-money laundering policies. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required prior to withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount.

3. Betting Rules

Every member should thoroughly understand the following rules before betting on Winzo. Betting is a game of skill and knowledge, but it always carries risk.

3.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Winzo reserves the right to void any bets placed erroneously due to a system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply for each individual event.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.

3.2 Cancelled Matches or Incomplete Events

If a match is cancelled or remains incomplete as determined by the organising authority, Winzo will make a decision in accordance with its own policy. In most cases, the stake will be refunded.

• Match-fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of a match.
• Automated betting using betting software or bots.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with others to harm or exploit the platform.

4. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Your first withdrawal will be sent to the same payment method used for your deposit.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Winzo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. To qualify:

• The minimum first deposit is ৳1,000.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of activation.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10x (you must wager ten times the bonus amount).

5.2 Reload & Weekly Bonuses

Regular members receive weekly reload bonuses and free bets. The specific terms for each of these bonuses will be communicated separately with each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

If Winzo determines that a member is abusing bonus privileges – such as using multiple accounts, registering with false information, or placing bets in artificial patterns – all bonuses and associated winnings for that member will be forfeited.

At Winzo, we always want our members to enjoy betting – but never at the cost of addiction or financial hardship.

6.1 Limit-Setting Options

Each member can set the following limits directly from their account settings:

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits.
• Daily/weekly loss limits.
• Session Time Limit.
• Cooling-Off Period.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, you may request self-exclusion. This feature allows you to temporarily close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Winzo takes your personal data seriously. We follow international data protection standards and never sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Winzo may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward Winzo staff.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances are not eligible for withdrawal.

9. Dispute Resolution Process

Winzo believes that any issue can be resolved through dialogue. If a dispute arises:

1. Please contact Winzo customer support first.
2. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex cases will be fully investigated and resolved within 7 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.

All decisions made by Winzo are final and may be resolved through third-party mediation.

10. Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions

Winzo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.
• You may close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
